"The first bottle leaked in the box, and they replaced it with a fresh new bottle, and it even came with packing peanuts to avoid leaking. My nephew has thick, coarse Italian hair. This conditioner made his man mane tamed and smooth and lightly wavy instead of like barbed wire. Upon use, I felt like my hair got this thick mask-like treatment. It went on more like a spread than regular conditioner. Upon drying my hair, there is no other word to describe it but WOW! The effectiveness is definitely above and beyond belief! I felt like one of those models in the old Pant*ne commercials, where your hair slides down onto your back like a silky waterfall. My hair has lots of age and heavy damage, extremely broken ends that cause endless tangles, and this conditioner left my hair so shiny and smooth, it feels absolutely amazing! I have used the regular Mane 'n Tail shampoo and conditioner, but I have never in my life had my hair come out so soft, smooth, and manageable. It feels 50 years younger! As an adult, I used to wear my hair short all the time due to the heavy damage it keeps. Now, I actually like touching my hair. I can't keep my hands off of my ponytail. I don't remember my hair feeling this soft and healthy since I was a kid. Even my scalp is happy, my hair was literally hurting my head, but now my hair just slides along past itself, instead of catching and tangling against itself and making tiny dreadlocks down inside it. Plus, this stuff is specially ph balanced, so I can use it every single time I wash my hair. I am so looking forward to seeing how much more my poor hair can improve with repeated use. Just try this conditioner, your hair and your head will thank you! I am immediately going to buy the matching shampoo to go with it!"

"I got this conditioner mostly because it said it would give high gloss and I know that's more for a horse than human hair but I thought well maybe I'll try it.. It works good, it condition's very well, But I don't notice any gloss. Your hair just feel really silky when you rinse it out but it doesn't seem to make a difference once it's dry. I do not blow dry my hair unless I'm in a hurry to go somewhere which is not very often.. I don't use a normal hair dryer I use a brush hair dryer cuz I like to straighten my hair. Overall it's a good conditioner but it doesn't seem to be any thing special about it. 👍🙃"

My hair really likes this conditioner
"I never really liked conditioners. I thought they were a waste of money, really. I wasn't sure they were doing much, even the super expensive ones. But, this conditioner is so good. My hair (highlighted and blond) really likes this conditioner. I noticed a difference in the shower! My hair felt soft, which doesn't really happen since my hair is so damaged. But, one I started to comb the tangles out, they just smoothed out! I do use a detangling brush because I need all the help I can get! I haven't used a detangler since I started using this conditioner!!! My hair is soft, shiny, and tangle free! I also started using the shampoo, which is also awesome!"
Leaves your horses and dogs slick and shiny
"I have purchased the ultimate gloss conditioner and shampoo for my horses. I’ve never seen my buckskin and white paint soo bright! She was soo soft and silky after, that when I hopped on her bareback I slid off the other side lol. I have also used this to get a horrible dread/knot mess out of a black mare after trying all the old tricks. I have used this on my Great Dane as well and he is the softest he’s ever been. I highly recommend the ultimate gloss."
