"I LOVE this and everything Mane n' Tail. I initially bought this for our first aid kit in the barn but started using it on myself (problems with my knees). Since i work with horses and my work is very physical, my knees need TLC at the end of the day. I found when I had to rehab mine, adding this in every night made a MASSIVE difference. "I use this on myself all the time and all I have to say is WOW..This stuff is very strong and not at all like the muscle rub made for humans. It lasts for a couple of hours at best and transitions from icy to hot. It really does ease my muscle aches and has my knees feeling better in no time. A little goes a long way, so even the small size will last quite a while. The scent is very strong and can be smelled a mile away so I suggest applying this at night before bed or when you know you wont be in contact with many people. The scent can fill the room very quickly so keep that in mind. All in all, very good stuff; almost like magic. This stuff is vey hard to get. Thank You Amazon!!!"
