I’ve used mane & tail

"I’ve used mane & tail as shampoo and conditioner for many years. However, I’ve never tried your detangler until now. I really wish I’d tried it before now!! My wife almost cried when I cut my long hair off about 30 years ago and always told me she missed My long hair! So, 5 years ago I cut it for the last time. Now it is midway down my shoulder blades. Even though I don’t rinse out the conditioner, it can still be tough combing out the rats come morning. NOT ANY MORE!!! I spray it on and it combs out with ease!!! Even though I keep it in a ponytail throughout the day farming, it used to still get full of rats by days end. Your detangler is still doing its job by days end allowing me to comb it out pretty easily!!! Flat I bought a gallon of it, I’ll use that up and when I do, you’ll be getting another order from me!!!"

A must for long hair

"This product made a huge difference! I started letting my hair grow out a few years ago and it seemed like it just lacked something. I remembered this product from way back and was surprised at how many variations there are now. I sent with the original, tried and true. The shampoo is rich, well gathered and hair feels super clean. The conditioner is super nice, helps tame the static fly away look after drying. The tangle remover is the best, spray a it on a brush and it just slides through like a breeze. What a joy after trying to work through knots and snags after showering. Working smarter, not harder!"

Faflinger owner must-have

"This detangler has been a staple in my grooming kit for years, especially with a horse who had textured, wavy hair and now with a large Haflinger who has fairly straight and lofty hair but A LOT of it. After grooming his coat, I give his mane a quick few sprays, top to bottom several sprays in his tail, and let it sit while cleaning out his hooves. This makes brushing it through, working from the bottom up, with a good brush much easier. I do this about 3x a week and haven't had any dreds, knots, or other issues. It is slippery, so don't use in key areas if you're going to be riding bareback or grabbing mane! In my opinion, better smell and performance than Show Sheen and a lot less mess than the oily type of detanglers (like Cowboy Magic, though I would recommend that for tackling a horse whose mane or tail is full of burrs). I prefer just to buy the gallon and use my own spray bottle, as removing the sprayer on the Straight Arrow bottles is sometimes impossible, however this was the only way to get the gallon this time. The sprayers have always worked well, just not screwed off the bottle. Still, likely waste of the small bottle aside, the best deal I can find on this detangler!"

"Mane ‘n Tail makes great products and are always reasonably priced! The detangler does not disappoint. My horse’s mane and tail are so coarse and break easily. This detangler does a great job of adding softness and letting a brush go through easily. I recommend highly!"

Mane and tail

"I like there conditioners, I grew up using them but with all the new natural hair products I started to see what products they now carry. They have a full line from curly to natural and the glossy conditioner is my favorite which is a leave in or rinse out, the wrong product was sent out by mistake but they are sending the correct one, go online you’ll be amazed at everything they have, my curl pattern is flawless, thick, shiny and no shrinkage."

Beautiful Silky Manes and Tails

"This has become my favorite spray for de-tangling tails and manes. We like to be sure our horses' tails are slick before riding out in the desert where we live because they can catch Cholla cactus pieces in their tails easily. It's much better to be able to get it out quickly than have them slap themselves and their neighbors over and over with the cactus. It's also great value for the price. I've used it on my dogs, too. Smells great!"
